I have a Canon imageclass MF644cdw printer. When I attempt to scan to email, I'm prompted to enter the printer's IP address in my browser to setup scanning to email in remote UI. However, I receive this error:
When I follow instructions to set Remote UI Access on printer, it is already set to on and there is no option to create a ping, even when I click Apply. Would love some assistance here. Thanks in advance!
