My printer is not printing the correct sizes. I've gone through an entire cartridge trying to figure it out. I want to print something A5 and it's only printing 7in in height of anything I print. It's driving me NUTS. I have tried turning everything off an on, deleting it, reinstalling....everything. I have no idea why this printer is refusing to function. It's only a year old. So frustrating!!!
Any ideas?
