PIXMA MG2522 images not printing on inkjet water slide decals

I am in desperate need of help! I'm trying to do like nail stickers where I'm not having to do as much nail or and can have like cool like characters and stuff on my nails. But I don't know what settings to use for my printer and it's like fighting me. I got it to work last night and then I think I messed something up by like cleaning it or something because now the images aren't even showing so I was wondering if anybody had any tips.

Your image begs the question: Are you printing on the glossy side of the paper?

Yes I am, the first picture it was doing streaky so I was like oh well I'll clean it and then I refilled my ink too so I was like oh well maybe the inks like low too so I went and cleaned it like twice last night and then I refilled the ink and let it sit just to make sure that the ink was filled and then it started doing that
