PIXMA MG2520 - Black smudge

Hello.

On my MG2520 Printer I'm getting black smudge/smear marks on the print.  I recently replaced this cartridge.  I have performed a couple of print head cleanings along with a couple of deep cleanings.  Nothing seems to be correcting the problem.  Any suggestions?
