Hi,
I am using a Prograf 1000 with a MacBook using Sequoia OS. I'm printing greeting cards on Inkpress' archival duo matte 80. I'm printing four different images and printer abrasions are only showing up on one of the images. It's the only image that has a yellow section - and the abrasion (black smudged lines) only shows up one specific area of the yellow section of the image. I printed the same printer on a luster stock and it's fine. (Have also set printer to avoid printer abrasions, took off the margins, etc.)
Does anyone know why it's only yellow ink that's getting a black smudge and only on that paper stock?
