PIXMA IP8720 flashing yellow 5x

Hey hope the community doing better then me. I have pixma ip8720 it flashing yellow 5x. Code is 1404 or 1401. Grey is the only color my printer  having issues  with. it won't let me hard rest system won't print idk what to do. I changed ink cartridges I cleaned out printheads does anyone  have another  idea on how to fix my problem  please

There is a hardware issue with the print head and it would require service.
