Hi Vincent369.
First, please print a test page from your PIXMA G7020. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G7020 one time.
2. Press the right arrow 4 times to select Maintenance and press OK.
3. Press OK on Nozzle Check.
A test page will print.
On the page that printed, did a black grid print to the right of |BK| at the top of the page?
Below that, did 2 blue, 2 pink and 2 yellow bars print?
Please compare your printout to the example below. Do they match?
If not, because you have already performed clenaings, please perform an ink flush. The steps to perform that are provided here:
