G7020 printer. Would not print color. I did the nozzle check. I did the deep cleaning. I did the flushing multiple times. Nothing resolved the issue.
I replaced the printheads and again did the nozzle checks, deep cleaning, and flushing.

The attached file shows the lines that get printed out from a test print image. Has anyone seen that? And can you tell me what is causing that?

Your pattern doesn't look like this.
If multiple deep cleanings and a new print head haven't resolved the problem it may be an internal mechanical or electrical problem.
You could register your product and call Canon support at 1-800-OK-CANON to see what advice they have.

What did the nozzle test pattern look like after head cleaning? Can you post a screen shot?

Greetings,
Given the maintenance you've performed, nozzle check pattern, ink flush, printhead replacement, etc. can you please tell us if this printer sat unused for an extended period of time?
Are you using Canon brand inks?
You can try a printhead alignment as my colleague mentioned, as it also can cause horizontal banding which is typical of a ink delivery issue.
When was the last time the printer worked properly? What is it's history?

nozzle test pattern not correct. If this is after head replacement the printer itself might be defective.
