I have two problems. I've had the printer for several years and I print a lot, and have put black ink in, but I finally needed to put in colored ink. Well, the printer still prints like it needs ink, but the wells are full. And I can't find my book. I know I have it, but I've rearranged things. Ok, problem two. This has been going on for a while now. Every time I print something I receive this message: The paper abrasion function is enabled on the (Custom Settings) of IJ Printer Assistant Tool. How do I get rid of this? I really just need the printer to print right again, I can deal with the other thing. Help me please!!!
