I am attempting to print a purely black and white photo on canon glossy paper using a g6020 printer. No matter what adjustments I make the result is a photo with a slight mauve or green hue in the inking. I've tried corrections in photoshop and the print settings on the computer. Nothing seems to work. Anyone have a diagnosis or better yet, a fix?

Hi Andrew6,
First, let's perform a test of your printer.
Please load plain paper into the cassette and then please follow these steps:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your PIXMA G6020 one time.
2. Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select Maintenance and press the OK button.
3. Press OK on Nozzle check.
A test page will print.
Please take a photo of the page that prints and then please attach it to your reply of this post.
