PIXMA G6000 and G7000 all in one inkjet printers faded color issue

So, I have these two inkjet printers. The G7000 previously had an issue with faded colors, and I sent to get it fixed and got it back recently. I also bought a G6000 incase the G7000 wasn't eligible for a free fix. Well, when I print from these two devices using the regular windows printing button, the colors come out faded. I thought that was strange, since the G7000 had just been fixed. But I had just found out that if I print from GOOGLE, the colors are completely fine!!! So now im wondering is there some sort of issue with the settings? It does the same thing on different computers too.

Hi.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time with your printers. In this post and in your other post, you have not provided the information we need to help you.

  • Which printers are you using?
  •  What is the exact model of your printer? (It can usually be found on the top or front of the unit.)
    • G6000 and G7000 are SERIES of printers, not models. We need to know exactly which printer you're using. It will say it on the printer not in your settings on your computer, not on the box or documentation, but on the physical device.
  • Are you seeing any error messages?
  • Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
  • How do you connect to your printer: via USB or Wi-Fi?

Any additional details you provide will help the community better understand your issue.
