PIXMA G3260 won't print anything but JPG files

I need some help please I have a Canon Inkjet printer G3260 and about 2 weeks ago it said I needed a firmwear. so I think I updated that right. But after that it would just print out blank papers. I did all my maintences on the printer and nothing. I then tried different files and found out that it would only print JPG files. So now i have to transfer all my files into JPG files to print them. I even had a PC guy look at my computer and he couldn't fined anything wrong on my computer side of it. does anyone have any idea why it will only print JPG files?

Some setting is off somewhere, try resetting the printer back to default:

Reset your printer settings to default:

  • Navigate through the printer's menu:Setup->Printer Settings->Reset All
