I'm trying to complete the manual print head alignment procedure on my MG7720 printer, but I am not seeing the option to change the head alignment values.
What I see is:
MAINTENANCE > MANUAL HEAD ALIGNMENT > "Load 3 sheets of paper" > Prints out pattern >
"Did the page print correctly?" > No > Returns to "Load 3 sheets of paper"
I just updated the firmware, but that didn't change anything.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Okay, I'm a dope! Turns out that I wasn't being shown the option to change the head alignment values is that I was choosing 'No" at the 'Did the page print correctly' prompt, rather than 'Yes.'
Hopefully this will help another dope out there!

thank you soooo much! I've wasted countless hours dealing with this, and that's all I had to do to! If it didn't print correctly why would I click yes? Jeez
Thanks again, you saved me a bundle I was ready to admit defeat, return print head, and buy a whole new printer
