New Megatank G3290 will not print colors

Purchase 12/2025 and worked perfectly for a few days.  Prints black test page. Have done deep clean and tried to replace ink in print head.  I get a support code 5107 (see attached).  20260208_114452 (1).jpg

This is a tough one, but if I had to make an educated guess, due to the newness of the printer it may be the following:

Error code 5107 on Canon MegaTank G3290 printers typically indicates a problem with the ink system, such as an issue with the ink tank or a clog in the print head. To resolve this, check the ink levels, ensure the tanks are properly installed, and clean the print head if necessary.

I know you have done that, so I have a question, are the ink supply tubes full? Do they have bubbles in them. I know sometimes if you lift the printer and gently tap in on a flat service bubbles can be removed.

Because it is so new, and because it was working the first few weeks, I suspect some parts are failing/have failed.  I did all the recommended cleanings/deep cleaning.  So fresh set up and minor use, I wouldn't suspect clogging.  This is an Amazon purchase and I'm not sure how best to obtain service.
