I have cleaned and done a nozzle check but no ink appears on pages whether printed or copyied. Ink is full.
I did do about a 50 page print of a calendar ....the ink stopped during the last copies.
Help anyone!? What now?

Hi allisa,
I would recommend performing a deep cleaning. Please click HERE and scroll down for the option to Clean the print head deeply. Once the Deep cleaning is performed, you will be asked to print a nozzle check. If the nozzle check is still blank, I will need to gather some information about your ink cartridges.
Please write back with answers to the following questions:
Which ink cartridge(s) are flashing once every second?
Which ink cartridge(s) are flashing once every three seconds?
Are any of the other cartridge lights turned off? If so, which cartridges?
What information do you see on the label of these cartridges? (please include everything you can read from the top of the label to the bottom)
If you can, please take a picture of the cartridge labels and attach the JPEG file to your next email.
When did you purchase these cartridges?
From which retailer did you purchase these cartridges?
