My Canon mx 722 printer stopped printing.....

I have cleaned and done a nozzle check but no ink appears on pages whether printed or copyied.  Ink is full.

 

I did do about a 50 page print of a calendar ....the ink stopped during the last copies. 

 

Help anyone!?  What now?

Hi allisa,

 

I would recommend performing a deep cleaning. Please click HERE and scroll down for the option to Clean the print head deeply. Once the Deep cleaning is performed, you will be asked to print a nozzle check. If the nozzle check is still blank, I will need to gather some information about your ink cartridges.

 

Please write back with answers to the following questions:

  • Which ink cartridge(s) are flashing once every second?

  • Which ink cartridge(s) are flashing once every three seconds?

  • Are any of the other cartridge lights turned off? If so, which cartridges?

  • What information do you see on the label of these cartridges? (please include everything you can read from the top of the label to the bottom)

  • If you can, please take a picture of the cartridge labels and attach the JPEG file to your next email.

  • When did you purchase these cartridges?

  • From which retailer did you purchase these cartridges?
