Megatank G4270 - how to disable auto shutoff mode?

My Canon Megatank G4270 printer keeps shutting off after a while and I have to go push the power button before I can send anything to it.  How can I disable  the auto shutoff mode?

The tiny display is so small (lame and a negative in my opinion) that it's hard to see all the options.  That said, I have gone through them and I do not see how to disable the auto power off.

Help please!
