Hi,
I have a Canon MX860, When I bought a new computer with the Windows 10 operating system I could not print and when I looked on the Canon site I was told that the printer was retired and the driver is not available. How can I get a driver for the computer so I can print from it?

It's literally the best, most reliable printer we've ever had and I don't want to junk it.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX860 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.
Hope this helps!

It varies from printer model, but sometimes the W7 drivers work in w10; you could try that.
