I've tried everything to get the printer up and running. I guess I shouldn't complain, it's served well for several years. I've tried all the tricks (unplugging for 10+ minutes, swap cartridges, reinstall print head. Best guess is the power supply is shot, next best the print head .... the print head won't even go to the load position nor light up the cartridge tabs.
