The scanning process appears to be occurring, but then during the transfer process the following appears:
Internal Error Occurred
Scanner Driver will be Close
Code 7,202,19
Any suggestion on how to rectify?

Hi Tharwood,
In order to properly assist you, I will just need to know what operating system you are running? Additionally, what program are you scanning from? Can you scan using the steps when you click HERE? Also, we will need to know how the MX722 is being connected to your system?
