Have set this wirelessly and can print a test page from the computer so it knows each other are there
However if I try to scan from the button on the printer it always says "Set the PC to start scanning"
My friend who has just bought a new Windows 10 Acer all in one has exactly the same problem with a different model printer. It did used to do it on her old Win 10 comnputer and we cant work out what is wrong
Both machines are running latest edition of Win 10
