This issue is hard to diagnose or solve in a forum.
Start by turning the device off and disconnecting from power. Reconnect, turn on and retest.
If that doesn't help, there might be a physical problem with the device or a sensor. You'll have to inspect more closely.
Contacting Canon is also an option.
