PIXMA MG5320 manual and drivers needed; keeps saying inner cover is open

I have a Canon MG5320 Printer and I am looking for an owners manual.  I would also like to find a location for drivers. I know Canon no longer supports the model, but I am hoping someone can direct me to locations for support.
The printer frequently stops and a message appears telling me the Inner Cover is open.  I repeatedly open and close that cover but the problem persists.  Is this the Inner Cover in the attached Photo?

Since this model was retired, there are no current drivers to install. 

As far as the error coming back after you open and close the inner cover, it sounds like this is a hardware issue and the printer would need to be replaced.
