Canon MG6300 printer will not print black ink. I've done all of the suggested tips - clean, deep clean, nozzle clean, replaced all cartridges. The colors print, but not black. I'm not receiving any error messages. In have a Windows 10 computer. The printer is connected by USB and is printing color, but not black.

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information:
• What is the exact model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?
• Do you see any error messages?
• Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
• Which app(s) have you tried?
• How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

Thanks for the additional info, though we still need a little bit more clarity on which printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG6300 series. Your printer's exact model number should appear on top of the printer to the right of the LCD screen. Please let us know what it says there.
We look forward to your reply!
