My MG5722 suddenly stopped printing from my computer, but will print from my phone. (The scanner is working). I have a Mac OS Big Sur. I have unplugged and replugged the printer several times. My computer says printer is offline or can't be located.
Solution?
Thank you.

Hi,
Since it can detect the scanner, I suggest reinstalling the printer driver. Please go into printers and scanners and remove the printer first. Once that is done, click HERE and select Software and Drivers. You will want to download and install the MG5700 series CUPS Printer Driver Ver. 16.80.0.0 file.
Once the printer driver has been reinstalled, go back to printers and scanners and add the printer back on and try to print.
