The scanner is not working, added, and removed it several times. The printer function OK but it will not scan. MacBook has the latest update and the printer has the latest firmware. When I open the printer, and select the scanner and try to get it to scan nothing happens. Any tips?
The second issue relates to a new MacBook Pro, the printer can be added and will print wirelessly, no problem but I don't get the option to scan, just print. Again any help would be most appreciated.
I tried downloading Canon's IJ scan utility and when I launched it, it keeps saying the two couldn't communicate even though they are both on the same wifi and the signal strength is good.
