Hi I have tried cleaning the print head using the maintenance function on the printer many times and I still cannot get the nozzle check pattern to print red or the checkered "grid" pattern above the lines of color. I use it a lot for graphics. There has to be some maintenance I can do to get it to work again. Please help! Thanks!
