Canon MG2922 printer won't work

I am very disappointed in my Canon MG2922.  I've had it less than a month.  It sounds horrible right from the get go.  Now it tells me I have a paper jam and there is absolutely no paper in it anywhere.  It acts like it is going to take the paper in then stops half way and backs the paper back up instead of continuing down.  It is VERY noisy.  This was my first purchase of a Canon printer and will be my last.
