Hello Cannon,
is there any way I send a "wake up" to my printer without printing something. So the Printer went from sleep mode to fully on, so I can scan ?
Is there any option with cmd or a small program code for Visual Basic or c#
THX a lot

Open its webserver in a browser.

Hello Toni_manoli,
If the printer is in sleep mode a scan command should be able to wake the MG3620 up like a print would. We would be happy to assist with the issue. To provide some feedback or some troubleshooting steps, we would need some additional information. If you could reply to this message with the information below, we can provide some assistance.
