MG3600 printer output tray closed

I keep receiving an error message saying that the output tray is closed. It clearly is not closed.

Any advice?

Hi Sunshine03038,

The printer may not be detecting that the paper output tray is open.

1. Close the output tray fully.
2. Turn the printer off for 1-2 minutes.
3. Turn the printer on.
4. Open the output tray.
5. Print .
