MF753Cdw Color Adjustment, difficulty adjusting the color for graphics output

Hi.  Just purchased this printer and am having a bit of difficulty adjusting the color for graphics output.  The images that are supposed to have green hues are all printing as blue.  I have been through a myriad of printer adjustments in the printer adjustment/maintenance and function settings but cannot seem to get the blue(s) to show in the green hues that they are supposed to be.  These show fine using a inkjet but wish to get these to print correctly with this laser.

In addition.. 

Did you perform the color calibration when you powered on the printer for the first time?  This is part of the setup process the very first time the printer is powered on.

Stephen, there are no error messages, the printer for the most part prints fine except for this issue.

All computers on our LAN are Windoze 11 Pro and are hard wired.

The Canon software along with the drivers that came with it are installed on the client machines.

the program being used is Affinity Publisher.  Colors are critical as the patterns being produced have to be submitted to manufacturers

Yes, I did all the necessary/required steps.

Is it possible that affinity publisher is imposing its own color management?  If you print from another application, do images or publications appear normal?  Color, accuracy, etc.

Are you selecting the correct media type?  What are you printing on.  

I get very consistent and accurate results on both of my lasers.

I was mistaken when I said earlier it was being printed from Affinity.  Affinity Publisher creates the file with the graphic images and text and then they are exported as a PDF which is then printed from PDF X-Change (I do not use Adobe products).  Just a FYI, this is not something I use but isfor my wife), I did not realize that she was printing all of this from our PDF program and not Affinity Publisher.  I am currently working towards trying a couple different methods to see if anything changes.  As for the print quality, it is exceptional and the only thing is some specific patterns that are not printing with the green hues, printing only as blue.

Media is simply standard letter size 20 pound paper for review before printing on the final 24 pound semi-gloss.

She was getting accurate results for all portions of the printout except this one area.  With her ink jet, all the colors were accurate, just wore out the inkjet printer.

I found part of what is causing what we're experiencing.  After much modifying settings & testing, I decided to re-initialize the printer and start anew.  Even after that, there was no difference in printer output.  The color Teal refused to print as Teal but instead printed as Blue.  Editing the UFR II printer settings from the Remote UI, I changed the Matching Method from General to Perceptual..the ony one I had not tried...and came very close to being a perfect match for the Teal color.  There are so many different settings that it's really difficult to ascertain how this will affect standard printing just to make this graphic printout work properly.  Still learning though...
