My MX 492 wont print power point

I can get my printer to print almost all my printing jobs.  But trying to print my power point is printing.  
All I get is spooling. I've done everything I have found to fix this.

What version of Windows (or OS X) is installed on your computer?

Are you using your PIXMA MX492 with a USB cable or wirelessly?

It's now windows 10 and I'm using a cable.  I can get things printed on other site but not powerpoint.
