Hi. I get this error code, and yet the paper is properly fed. I reinstalled the latest drivers/software, executed a test print (which went fine, proving that the paper can and does feed properly), followed the steps to clean the rollers...but still have the same issue when it comes to actually printing a document. I use a wifi connection. Any ideas?

Hi,
Does this happen with all word documents? If you open an email and try to print does the same thing happen?
We look forward to your reply.

Yes, all Word docs, and I just tried an email and same thing.
In each case, the printer receives the wifi signal (I know this because I hear it get ready to print, only for it then to just stop and that orange light starts blinking.).
