I have troubleshooted on my own for 20 hours. Uninstalled everything, reinstalled from the disc, then canon website. AirPrint works fine but scanner MP navigator gives me an error. I also talked to a customer service rep for an hour and we couldn’t get the **bleep** scanner to work. It worked fine like 3 months ago then when I went to scan the quick menu bar was gone. So frustrating. When I go to mp navigator it gives me an error that has all the printers, usb, powered on or not. I’m at a loss. Either MS did an incompatible update, or something. I am unsure, I have the right driver for it...Please help me or I’m gonna start destroying this POS.
