I have a canon MB5420 It works but I am having trouble it tells me to check the power on ( it is on ) Check the printer is installed properly ? I just installed canon Print now is when trouble began ? Canon print says my printer is off line and it is on connected to my Dell Dimension 9100 desktop . I seen somewhere it says Canon MB5420 connected ( USB001 ? I am really confused ? I tried connecting printer without usb cable and can never get it to connect ? Driving me crazy can anyone help me out Will really appreciate it ! Thanks Mike

Since you are using a Dell computer, we’ll focus on the Windows setup. To resolve this, we recommend performing a fresh installation to ensure you have the most current software and to re-pair the printer with your system.

Important Note: If you are setting the printer up for Wi-Fi, please make sure the USB cable is UNPLUGGED from the computer before you begin the installation.
