GX2020 Stopped duplex printing

I purchased a Magnify GX2020 last Sep (2025) and in the past week, it has just stopped printing (and scanning) auto-duplex, even when I set it up in the print dialogue box from my Mac. I'm running MacOS Sequoia 15.7.4 and have the latest printer's Firmware: 4.030.

I can no longer find the settings on the printer (or using the Remote UI) to configure this. It's like the settings for 1-sided/2-sided and 2-sided/2-sided have simply disappeared 😞

To resolve duplex printing issues on your GX 2020 connected to a Mac running Sequoia 15.7.4, try removing the printer from your system settings and then adding it back in. This often helps restore printing functionality.
