Light greys print light green on PIXMA MX922. What can I do to resolve this?

My Pixma MX922 printer prints grey colors with a green hue. I have replaced the ink cartridges more than once. What can I do to resolve this problem? I'm running out of patience. Thanks in advance.

what paper are you using and what software are you printing from.

The paper is Neehah Exact Index 90lb 94 Brightness. The program is OpenOffice Draw. It doesn't seem to matter what paper I use. Gray always comes out light green and black sometimes as dark blue.

First thing, print a nozzle check on plain paper using the printer driver Maintenance tab.

How do colors look.

The colors look fine. No streaks. Cyan and magenta go from dark to lighter down the page as they should.

I think your problem might be mismatch between the media type/surface and the ICC profile used for printing. Is your paper a gloss paper?

No, it's a thin card stock but I print as plain paper since card stock is not a selection. Any idea where I can find ICC profiles?

What happens if you select plain paper as the media type and print your file on plain paper.

Same thing... shades of grey are shades of green.
