It i a simple Question, My cannon 490 will not load paper?

I purchased new ink cartridges and now the Cannon 490 will not load the paper anyone had similar problem here, if anyone ever does respond it will be a miracle?

Okay I have changed settings and emailed the Uk Support thanks for your help.
