It i a simple Question, My cannon 490 will not load paper?

I purchased new ink cartridges and now the Cannon 490 will not load the paper anyone had similar problem here, if anyone ever does respond it will be a miracle?

I am asking any one what do I do the paper cannot load it is a Cannon 490?

Has any one else had this problem, and can advise me what to do, I have barand new ink cartridges in the Cannon 490 and cannot use it?
