Hi, the printer I am currently using right now is Canon MG7170 brand. However, I was trying to use it to print out for studying for my exams soon, but as soon as I start the printing process from my laptop, my printer gives an error message saying 'Incorrect printer head. (couldn't remember what the rest of the message was)' So, is there a way to fix this issue? I tried searching for solutions here but no one really owns a MG7170 printer, so I am sort of stuck.
