Ok, I have an iMac iOS 10.11.6. I'm also running Parallels 13.3.1, Windows 10. I can print from both Mac iOS and Parallels, but I can't scan. I deleted and re-added the mx922 on the Mac side, now it only appears as a printer. On the mx922, when I press the scan button, the only computer that shows up is listed as PC jfrench FRENCH. How can I get the printer to scan?

If you open the IJ Scan Utility on your computer and attempt to scan, are you successful?
The IJ Scan Utility is located in the Canon Utilities folder. On Windows, click the Windows Start button and then the Canon Utilities folder. On OS X, open the Applications folder.
