Hi all,
There is an inaccessible paper jam in my TS6320 printer inside the printer. There is a small ripped piece of paper between the roller and the paper tray. I have picked out bits of it with a tweezer but no luck pulling out the whole piece. I’m not sure what the best course of action for this is. Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

The printer would require service to remove the piece of paper.
If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
