I have downloaded all the drivers for my Pixma TS6320 to my new HP computer. The printer works but the IJ Scan Utilities app and desktop icon will not show up on this new laptop so I can't use the printer for scanning. Can anyone suggest what to do to fix this?

Assuming you are using Windows 11 there is no standalone installer for the IJ scan utility. The print driver and the scan utility are a bundled package.

When you reply, please confirm the version and build of the operating system you're using the printer with and the connection method? (USB, wireless, etc)
