PIXMA TS3500 Series: Not giving list of available networks

Victory

On my canon ts3500 series I’m having issues with network set up. It’s not giving a list of networks available. It only gives the canon_ij_ list as though it’s the only one.  That’s not even a network. Please help.

Greetings ,

It sounds like you're using your printer in wireless direct mode.  Wireless direct mode does not require a router.  It allows you to connect up to five devices to your printer independently.  The printer acts as an access point and allows devices to connect to it individually.

If you want to add the device to your wireless network so that any device can utilize the printer when connected to that network, follow these instructions.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Victory!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS3500 series.  The model number should appear on the top of the printer just above the ON/OFF button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!
