I’m having trouble with my printer, and I’m hoping someone here might have some advice. The issue is that my printer won’t print certain colors no matter what I try. Here’s what I’ve done
- Used the printer’s built-in "clean" and "deep clean" functions multiple times, but the print quality hasn’t improved.
- Removed the printhead and cleaned it several times using hot water and a printhead cleaning kit. Each time, I flush out one ink, and it will print a few colors properly. However, if I clean another ink, the same issue happens—only a few colors print correctly while others don’t.
- Even after flushing all the inks, the problem persists. It seems like I can never get all colors to print simultaneously.
Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is this a sign that my printhead is beyond saving, or could it be an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer itself?
