After hours of scanning I have a file with 103 pages, and My Image Garden cannot save it. There was no warning that there was a page limit until all that time was wasted.
Is there any way to recover, or save just the first 99 pages? I am desperate.

Hi, js1138!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof) and which Canon product you're scanning with. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, search our knowledge base or contact our US-based technical support team at http://canon.us/SupportCF
Thanks and have a great day!

Windows 10. Canon MX920.
These aren't really an issue, because after reading the scanning instructions they clearly state that there is a limit of 99 pages for production of a PDF.
The problem is that the scanning software does not have a page counter, nor is there any warning or reminder when you start. It simply allows you to waste your time scanning when there is no hope the result will be unusable.
It could simply produce a PDF for the first 99 pages, so that you only have to redo the remainder.

Hello.
Our software does not have an option for counting the pages scanned. You may need to use a dedicated PDF file scanner such as Adobe Acrobat if you regularly scan large batches of 100 pages or more.

Hi.
If you still could not save more than 100 pages in PDF format using My Image Garden software, here is another way to go around this issue.
I just came to find out this limitation of saving not more than 100 pages after scanning 123 pages! I managed to have it saved to my desktop. Here are what you can do:
1. From My Image Garden software, click File / Save. It will generate a file name like IMG_20190605_0004
2. This file is saved in C:\Users\Pictures\My Image Garden. Locate the file and double click to open it.
3. Now you can Save As (provide a file name and where to save it) - you are done!
The limitation was caused by My Image Garden software (not allowing you to save more than 100 pages) but Windows allows that to happen.
Hope it helps.

Why even there is this stupid 100 page limit? Why do you want to make life more difficult?
