Hi
i have been using this printer since i bought it few years ago and has worked perfectly.
recently an error appeared on the screen saying
“ The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head”
i have tried lots of options, changing all the cartridges and clean the head print but the error message is still there and the printer is not functioning.
can you please help?
