Recently my printer started giving a C000 error message. When I got this error, I restarted the printer, but the error persisted.
After some googleing, I took the ink cartridges out of the printer and reinserted them (whilst also checking if there was no stuck plastic on the cartridges, or other strange stuff on the inside of my printer). I then noticed some leaked ink on the inside of my printer (on the right side), but I do not know if this is relevant to this problem. Because I removed the power cable out of the printer, it seemed like this solution worked, because it did start printing a few pages (just one printerjob to be exactly), when the second job started, it again gave the c000 error after printing one page.
Powering down the printer and removing the power cable again still gives the same result. Since the printer can print, it seems unlikely that there is a problem with the ink cartridges or with any stuck paper, however, I might be wrong.
Can somebody shed some light on my problem? Thanks in advance!
