Repeated Paper Jam Issue and Error Code 1300 on PIXMA TS3722

benit47

Hi Canon Community,

I purchased a PIXMA TS3722 Wireless All-in-One Printer with Scanner and Copier from Walmart in September 2024. Unfortunately, it had persistent paper jam issues, so I replaced it with the same model in January 2025, also from Walmart.

However, I'm now experiencing the same issue again. The new unit is showing Error Code 1300, and the paper is not feeding into the printer at all. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps suggested in this community—clearing any visible obstructions, checking the rollers, powering off and resetting the device—but nothing has worked so far.

Is there any other solution I might be missing? Or could this be a known issue with this model?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Just curious did you ever get it resolved or get any assistance from Canon? I have mine a year and had only used it a few times when the paper jam issue started. Wondering if it’s worth my time. Canon shows no regard for their customers.

Hi GStew,

Please remove all of the paper from your PIXMA TS3722 and then please disconnect the power cord.

Once done, please look down through the paper path to check for jammed paper / foreign objects.

Next, please open the front cover and look in the area around the ink for jammed paper / foreign objects, making sure to look in the extreme left and right sides.

If the error persists, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
