My printer is not printing properly.  All color are fine, but the magenta.  Can someone help me.  Thank you

Hi Cristy73,

To check the hardware of your printer, follow these steps to print a Nozzle Check.  If your nozzle check pattern does not look like the sample provided in the article (missing bands of color, streaks, etc), then follow these steps to perform a Deep Cleaning.

I did the cleaning, the deep cleaning and when I print the test page, all color appear,  BUT the magenta.

If you are sure the magenta ink tank is not empty, it sounds like an issue with your printhead.  The printhead could be clogged or damaged.  I recommend contacting us to discuss your service options.
