My parents gave me their old printer yesterday and it works just fine at their house and I could print from it there. Now that it is in my dorm, I can't get it to print. It was working for maybe 15 minutes when I first set it up because I was able to print a few pages but then it went offline and has stayed offline ever since. I don't know what could be wrong. The blue wireless light is on, and I even used a cable and it still wont go online. I even made sure it is set to print online instead of offline but that doesn't work. I don't want to have to get my parents to come here and fix it so what can I do?
